Back on the Wagon With the Abs Diet

I admit it. The walks got fewer, the workouts, less. Happily I can report that I’m back on the wagon. I’ve been working out consistently for the last few weeks. I’m very close to the weights that I was lifting before. I got that wake up call when a pair of pants that I liked to wear didn’t fit anymore.

I’m back with the The Abs Diet: The Six-Week Plan to Flatten Your Stomach and Keep You Lean for Life Back on the Wagon With the Abs Diet plan. I really like these workouts and the plan. It makes sense to me. I like it that the workouts are challenging. They’re not awfully long. Though I still have weight to lose, I have to say that I’ve got great legs from doing all the cardio and leg exercises.

Another thing I’m trying is a reward system. I give myself 1 point for every strength workout and cardio (walking, running, biking, etc.). After 25 points, I treat myself to something. Nothing huge. Maybe a nice body lotion I’ve been wanting to try or a new top. Anything to stay motivated!
