To date your mate, you embrace those things you did during your courtship to attract your mate such as going out of your way to create the perfect dinner or buying gifts or flowers.
Think of it this way. Life can really be tough sometimes. The boss gives you hell. Traffic drives you nuts. The kids are well, the kids. Shouldn’t each of us have one safe haven, one person who always cheers us on, the unconditional love to keep going when life isn’t going smooth? That’s you, mate.
I challenge you. Today, make it a point to go out of the way for your mate. It can be something as simple as cooking his favorite meal. The point is to make your mate happy by some action you take. Do it, and enjoy the love which attracted you to him in the first place.
