Grapes May Help Lower Blood Pressure

923930277 3ee185ea40 Grapes May Help Lower Blood Pressure Research from Chicago indicates that eating grapes may help lower blood pressure.

I’ve taken grape seed extract myself for several months. According to WholeHealthMD, there is research showing that in addition to having a positive effect on the cardiovascular system, it can also help relieve allergy symptoms. Being an allergy sufferer myself, this was of great interest to me.

The extract also has shown that it can help fight eczema and psoriasis. Again, having eczema myself, I decided to add it to my regular course of supplements.

For my part, the grape seed extract has helped improve my eczema. Now with this added research about blood pressure, there’s no reason for me not to take it.

I research supplements before I decide taking them. There are no known drug interactions nor side effects from taking it. Good news. As always though, consult your doctor before beginning any course of supplements. Photo by Zest-pk
