This week’s motivational tip deals with procrastination. Things happen. New tasks appear out of nowhere. You get off track.
I tried an experiment to find a way to keep me on the road to wellness. Rather than just go about my day reacting, I became proactive. I created a schedule for myself using my . I set aside time to work and time for projects. I also blocked off a time for exercise.
The computer is my downfall. I get involved emails, blogging, and all the other things that having a computer on a broadband connection brings. To make myself get up, I run in the background. I set my time for when I need to do my next task. Eye Relax blacks out my screen. That email will have to wait. It’s time to exercise.
So far it’s worked well. Once it became a routine, I followed through. That’s my advice to you. If you want to get it done, schedule the time and make it happen.
