Weekly Goal — Take My Vitamins


As much as I try, there are just some days when I don’t get outside for my vitamin D. I don’t get enough vegetables. I forget about the oranges or strawberries in the fridge. Times like this remind me that taking a daily multi-vitamin is a good way to ensure that you’re getting all you need in terms of nutrition.

Vitamins are not a replacement for a healthy diet. Rather vitamins help keep your body on an even keel. Your body doesn’t have the time to develop deficiencies. You are less vulnerable during times of stress.

Weekly Goal: Take my vitamins.
